Each day we will post survey links on this website. By filling out a survey for the session that you've attended, you will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win one of four $50 Amazon Gift Cards. We will also be giving one $100 gift card. Only fill out one survey per session that you attended. Each day will be a different survey, and winners will be announced in an upcoming issue of the eDollar. By filling out the General Survey will be entered for an additional $150 gift card for Amazon. You must have been present to win...and only fill out the survey once.

KNOW BEFORE YOU GO... The PSI Staff and Conference Planning Committee look forward to seeing each of you next week at the PSI Conference on Philanthropy in Baltimore, Maryland. A few items to keep in mind as you plan your trip:
  1. WEATHER: The forecast calls for temperatures in the mid-80s. However as we all know, meeting rooms can be on the cool side so we encourage you to bring a light sweater or jacket to ensure your comfort. There is also a possibility of scattered showers so a raincoat or umbrella is advisable.
    • Shuttle Service: Discounted shuttle service is available from to the following airports: BWI, DCA and IAD. Please visit, click on the Overview button, and then the Super Shuttle sub-link for details and contact information.
    • Parking: Overnight parking at the hotel is available to PSI conference attendees at the discounted rate of $20 per day.
    • The Hotel: The Sheraton Inner Harbor is located at 300 S Charles St, Baltimore MD 21201. You can reach the hotel at 410.962.8300. Hotel features and amenities include:
  • High Speed Internet Access in all accommodations
  • Dining in its two Baltimore Inner Harbor restaurants
  • 24-hour state of the art Sheraton Fitness by Core Performance center
  • Indoor heated pool and sauna
  • In-lobby wired 24-hour business center
  1. HANDOUTS: All handouts for the PSI Conference on Philanthropy have been placed online. Visit, click on the Education Program button, and then the Breakout Session sublink. A link for all handouts will accompany the session descriptions they are associated with. Please download them to your laptop or tablet or print off prior to attending the session. If your session does not have a handout posted, that means either the speaker will not be using handouts or they will be provided during the session. NOTE: Please check back often as some handouts will only be available the week of the conference.
  1. OPENING NIGHT DINNER CRUISE: If you purchased dinner cruise tickets, please be sure to pick them up during registration as these will be needed to gain access to the ship. If you have not yet secured tickets for the opening night dinner cruise, a limited number of tickets may be available to purchase onsite for $39 each. The ship is located just blocks from the hotel at the Inner Harbor adjacent to the Maryland Science Center. Maps will be available onsite and a group will depart the hotel lobby at 6:15 pm for the ship.
  1. FREE EVENINGS: Stop by the Networking & Activities Center located near the registration area to purchase tickets or learn more about additional activities available during your stay. This includes:
    • Orioles baseball game: A limited number of tickets will be available to purchase onsite for $27 per ticket to join conference attendees Wednesday evening.
    • Networking Dinners: Sign-up to join a networking dinner Thursday evening. Each attendee will be expected to pay their own way. Restaurant options include a variety of dining and price point options. This is a great chance to connect with peers.
  1. DINING:
    • Meals: the exception of Thursday’s awards luncheon, you are on your own. The hotel has a list of nearby and onsite restaurants including vegetarian and vegan-friendly options.
    • Eye Opener: Light refreshments are available from 8:00am – 8:50am in the Chesapeake Gallery every morning. This is a great time to connect with peers and get a jump on the rest of your day.
  1. RECOMMENDED DRESS: Dressy Casual also referred to as business casual attire is appropriate for the conference sessions. Casual attire (or sports gear) is recommended for the dinner cruise or the baseball game.
  1. PRIZES & DRAWINGS: Prizes will be drawn during each of the morning sessions. Come early as some of the drawings will occur at the beginning of the session and you must be present to win.

PSI's "Free" Pre-Conference Webinar Series

PSI recently hosted three free pre-conference webinars featuring Gail Perry, of Gail Perry Associates; Marcy Heim, The Artful Asker; and Simone Joyaux of Joyaux Associates. You can watch them in their entirety below.
